Just found your blog and it's great. Boagworld is a great podcast with lots of agency insight. It was published in the UK with a mag called .Net. I've stopped buying the mag but still listen to the podcasts.

One of my favorites is Be A Design Group's Podcast, but others like also are Quicktips for Designers, and You Suck at Design.

Appclinic and RookieDesigner are both good ones.

http://appclinic.com/ (Both available here)

Appclinic is a video podcast of tutorials revolving around design apps.

RookieDesigner is a podcast aimed toward newer designers, talking about various aspects of the design profession.

I've been listening to them for quite awhile. Appclinic used to be called QuickTips for Designers.
