		<description>I&#039;m in real estate, and when my business slows down, instead of going  after new, or &#039;cold&#039;, business, I get on the phone and just start talking to past clients and customers, looking to see who they know who can benefit from my services.

Your first and last tips are a great.  It&#039;s always all about how you treat people.  They don&#039;t care what you know until they know you care.  If you let that be the mainstay of your business, you should always do okay.  And getting a &#039;no&#039; is far better than getting nothing, which is what we get if we just don&#039;t ask for the business.</description>
