I was thinking of doing a blog that included full meal recipes from a cook book my great grandmother used, along with tips from the book. Should I have any leagel concerns as long as I refreence the book that the recipes and tips come from?

Here's a legal brainbuster for you: I once counseled a married couple. The husband trademarked his name as part of a family business. Then, the couple got divorced. Does the wife have legal claim to part of the name trademark? What if she then changes her name back to her maiden name?

And what about the kids? Do they still get to receive any revenue from the trademarked business name?

Food for thought.
