Some excellent guidelines here - thanks! Since I do usually eat lunch at home my ‘break from the house’ is a session at the gym. I actually do this early in the day after doing my beginning-of-the-day check on email and stats. Getting back from the gym, taking a shower and getting dressed sets me up for the day nicely!
